How to order
From selection to personal service.
Browse the catalogue and choose a size for each product. Add items to your cart, adjust quantities and review the displayed product total in South African Rand.
When you are ready, enter your name, surname, phone number and email address. Your complete itemised request, including quantities, sizes, prices and the total, is sent to Ben for personal follow-up.
Do I pay online?
No. Submitting the cart sends an order request. Ben confirms availability and arranges payment and delivery directly with you.
Are delivery costs included?
The cart shows the total for the selected products. Any delivery cost is confirmed separately by Ben before the sale is arranged.
Can I request several sizes of the same product?
Yes. Select a size and add it to the cart, then select another size and add that too. Each size appears as a separate line in your request.
What happens after I send the form?
You receive a request reference on screen. Ben receives your selected items and contact details and follows up personally. Keep the reference if you contact him about your request.
How do research collections and stacks work?
Collections organise the catalogue by research theme. Stacks are grouped selections of separate items. Their names do not establish medical benefits, safe combinations, compatibility or interaction profiles.
How do I ask about a product that is not listed?
Contact Ben on WhatsApp or through the contact form. Products and sizes are added to the catalogue as their details become available.
